Neptune Security’s professional staff are available to take fingerprints using Electronic or Ink and Roll services. The company offers this as a mobile service at a location of your choosing and convenience and at the most suitable time for your schedule. Criminal Background Checks Also known as Police Clearance
Criminal Background Checks are Also known as Police Clearance, Criminal Background Checks, Police Record Check, Criminal Records Check, and the Police Clearance Certificate. These searches are required by Individuals, Government Departments, Agencies, Crown Corporations, Sports Volunteer Programs, Real Estate licensees, Adoption services, Volunteer Programs and Companies which manage Secretive Programs and Services. Neptune works closely with our clients to provide the most recent information through the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) and the Central Royal Canadian Mounted Police Fingerprint Identification System.
Document Notarization
Neptune Security provides accredited Officers authorized to notarize your degrees, diplomas and other documents required for submission or presentation. The Notary signs affidavits, witnesses the signing of official documents and validates sworn statements. Notarization requires a booked appointment. The notaries are required to see all documents to notarize their validity. Notary Services are offered by appointment only.

To utilize the service, one must bring the documents to be notarized and 2 pieces of ID and one of them which must be a photo ID. Accepted ID includes
- 2 pieces of ID and one of them must be a photo.
- The acceptable pieces of ID are:

- -Social Insurance Card
- -Government ID
- -Work Permit
- -Permanent Residence Card
- -Student Permit
- -Record of Landing Document
- Health Cards are not acceptable
